Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a refund.

• In resellable condition

• Used or damaged items
• Items returned without packaging

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. A full refund or replacement will be provided.
